I ordered 3 products from them, all in stock, all despatched within 24 hours. When I completed the order the despath date came through for 5 days later. I sent them an email saying I was a bit unhappy as it was for a brthday present and it would now arrive too late. Within 1 hour (on a Sunday) they emailed me back saying it was an error on their behalf and they would upgrade me to 1st class delivery to apologise. It make such a nice change for a company to respond quickly and favourably

I like Amazon
 use them a lot and have no complaints at all ...always ordered /delivered with ease  --------------------  I'm contemplating thinking about thinking "come undone " by the man himself |
